Its saturday. The day you spend with family and friends.
The day where is seems even harder to say no, to say no to FOOD.
So this morning I woke up and made myself workout...I didn't have time for my preferred one hour "power walk" workout but I made time for a quick 15 minute workout from bodyrock.tv
WOOOOOOO...i was seriously challenged and will be doing more of their workouts! Quick...but challenging...totally worth checking out :)
I did the "WE ARE YOUNG" workout along with one of their 2 min ab workouts
The day is over and I managed to pretty much stick to my diet.
Went to LAS PALAPAS for lunch with my hubby and family and (so thankful for their help) we all managed to stick to ONE TACO for lunch andof course we had to have chips and salsa. Then we went to the movies...unbelievable...managed to sit thro a 3 hour movie without stuffing my face with buttery popcorn, candy and an ICEE.
WOAH...saving inches and $$$
I think this weight loss journey is PERFECT
I lose weight and save money to buy more clothes for my new and improved body :)
LET GO!
